Junior Account Manager Wanted:

Drive Impact in Health Innovation

  • 100% remote, forever
  • Unlimited paid leave

Health is a universal right, yet disease strikes indiscriminately. At Trialfacts we’re on a mission to right this injustice and provide good health for all by advancing medical research. We're on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to join us and spearhead our growth and sales strategies in the pharma/biotech industry. If you're passionate about making a difference, thrive in a flexible remote work environment, and are driven to innovate, this role is for you.

Your Role:

  • Sales: Engage with potential clients who have scheduled a call or inbound leads who have already shown interest in our services, as well as sourcing new leads through strategic prospecting. Conduct sales entirely over Google Meets, phone calls and email. Own the relationship with potential clients to convince them to take the next step in our sales process.
  • Education: Explain our process, answer client questions, and demonstrate how we address specific participant recruitment challenges. Make potential clients feel comfortable and informed, ensuring they understand the value of our services and are ready to move forward.
  • Problem-Solving: Ask probing questions to identify clients' biggest challenges and propose immediate solutions. Demonstrate deep expertise in our services, offering insightful suggestions even for unfamiliar challenges.
  • Learning: Quickly develop a thorough understanding of our industry, clients, their concerns, our service, and new technology. Receive training from our Sales Director, incorporate feedback effectively, and learn independently from provided resources. Adapt to clients' unique situations during calls, focusing on the most relevant parts of our service.

What We Offer:

  • Autonomy and Flexibility: Set your own hours, enjoy unlimited paid leave, and work from anywhere with a good internet connection.
  • Innovation and Impact: Join us in our mission to support research developing new medical treatments from organizations like AstraZeneca, Harvard, Stanford, and many more.
  • Growth and Learning: Opportunities for professional development, with access to courses and training programs.
  • Rewarding Career: Contribute meaningfully to the world of health research while sharing in the success of Trialfacts.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Excels at verbal communication - From chatting up potential clients to communicating with colleagues in a remote work environment, being able to speak well is a must for any Trialfacts position, especially this one.
  • Is highly coachable - You’ll be expected to rapidly reach an in-depth understanding of our sales process. You’ll need to be adept at taking feedback and instantly implementing it.
  • Loves learning - We're a team that's driven by learning and improving. We're looking for someone who wants to learn and develop their skills, grow as a person and constantly improve the service that we provide. This includes someone who is comfortable getting up to speed quickly and is able to quickly understand the unique situation each client is in, and isn’t afraid of diving into a new piece of software.
  • Loves problem-solving - You’ll need to be able to talk with potential clients in order to examine their existing processes, and recognise and suggest potential improvements and insights. For existing clients, this will often include analyzing data in spreadsheets and our internal systems.
  • Has a strong work-ethic - You won’t have to do your own lead generation, CRM updating, email follow-up or other sales admin, but you will be expected to instead spend the majority of your workday speaking with potential clients and upselling existing clients. We’re a small and nimble but hard-working team.
  • Is flexible - In an entrepreneurial business we sometimes have to wear different hats. We're looking for someone that takes ownership and wants to help grow our company. If you're the kind of person who would rather sit back and say "that's not my responsibility" then we ask that you please don't apply.
  • Is results-driven - You will be coached and guided, but ultimately you will be responsible for meeting your KPIs.
  • Are looking for a full-time position - We’re experiencing growth and we need someone who can fully commit to Trialfacts and get up to speed quickly. We’re not looking for someone who has their own part-time business or freelancing career on the side.

Interested in Joining Us?

If this position aligns with your career aspirations and skills, we would love to hear from you. As part of our selection process, the final 1 to 3 candidates will undertake a trial project reflective of the role's responsibilities. This project is a vital step in our recruitment process and candidates will be compensated for their time and effort.
